The real-world quality of a cross-border connection depends on more than exit distance. Transit paths, carrier peering and time-of-day congestion all matter. SQVPN brings direct, transit and dedicated routes into one routing system, so users can choose an exit based on region and task. Nearby routes usually work well for everyday browsing; when video, remote collaboration or large-file transfers become unstable, a more controlled dedicated route may help. Switching routes does not require another plan—choose a different route within the same subscription and spend less time troubleshooting local devices during peak hours.

Route selection is about more than geographic distance

For everyday browsing, start with a nearby exit to keep the path short. For AI Tools or Streaming tied to a particular region, match the target service region rather than choosing only the closest route.

IEPL dedicated routes suit continuous transfers, remote collaboration and tasks requiring greater peak-hour stability. Transit routes balance coverage with path control, while direct routes suit ordinary web access and scenarios with clear regional requirements.

If a connection behaves unexpectedly, troubleshoot in this order: switch to another route in the same region, check the local network, then re-establish the app session. Avoid changing several variables at once so the source of the issue remains clear.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Store your login details securely. Clients, subscription information, plan status and support tickets are managed through the user dashboard.

How is monthly-plan traffic calculated?

Monthly traffic resets on the activation date. Available tiers are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days.

Can multiple devices connect at the same time?

Yes. SQVPN has no limit on simultaneously connected devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Devices share the traffic included in the selected plan, so choose a tier based on total usage.

Should I choose a dedicated, transit or direct route?

For sustained transfers, remote collaboration and demanding peak-hour stability, try an IEPL dedicated route first. For ordinary browsing and region-matching tasks, start with a nearby transit or direct route, then adjust based on actual performance.

What is the refund policy?
