Terms of Service

These terms define the service boundaries, subscription rules, and responsibilities of both parties for SQVPN cross-border network acceleration services. Please read and understand the following before using the service.

Last updated: August 2026

Service Content and Scope

SQVPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services, covering 120+ countries / 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific available routes, exit regions, and client access points are based on what is shown in the user panel at the time. Routes are intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access and do not represent a guarantee from SQVPN that any third-party website, application, or content provider will be accessible.

Subscriptions include monthly plans and data packages. Monthly plan traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should choose a plan based on actual usage and verify the plan name, traffic allowance, and billing details before confirming an order.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription details, and access to the user panel, and are responsible for orders, route usage, and support ticket activity initiated through their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change their password and update the relevant subscription settings.

The service has no device limit, but each subscription is intended for normal use by the account holder under the purchased plan. Reselling, renting, publicly sharing, or sharing accounts and subscription details with others is prohibited. Users may not split route access and provide it to third parties as a paid service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account risks, and access issues caused by sharing, resale, or public distribution.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used, and independently confirm that their accessed content, data handling, and business activities meet those requirements. The service may not be used for illegal activities, infringement of others’ lawful rights, interference with network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized access, or any other activity that affects the normal operation of routes or the platform.

If the system detects clearly abnormal traffic, malicious requests, public distribution of subscription information, or other conduct that may threaten service stability, SQVPN may restrict routes, suspend subscriptions, or review the account. Such measures are intended to control risks and restore normal service operations.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border connections may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, device environment, destination service policies, regional network conditions, and maintenance schedules. SQVPN will continue maintaining its routes and user panel, but does not guarantee that every route will remain continuously available across all regions, devices, and third-party services. During scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages, some routes may be adjusted, suspended, or switched.

SQVPN is responsible only for subscription delivery and route management within its control. Losses caused by user device configurations, third-party software, destination website rules, external network interruptions, or improper user operations are outside the service’s control. Users should retain necessary data backups and alternative connection options for important business activities.

Account Termination and Changes

Users may stop using the service. If a user violates these terms, resells or shares a subscription, uses the service for illegal purposes, persistently affects route operations, or endangers other users’ normal access, SQVPN may suspend the relevant subscription, restrict account functions, or terminate the service. Before or after taking action, SQVPN may display handling information in the user panel according to the level of risk.

These terms may be updated as the service scope, operating procedures, or compliance requirements change. Updates will be published on this page and take effect according to the date shown on the page. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised content. Users who disagree with a change should stop using the relevant subscription.

Payment and Refunds

SQVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Users should confirm the plan, traffic allowance, and payment details before submitting an order. Completed orders are determined by the records in the user panel. A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through a user panel support ticket; the result and payment status are based on the order record and the actual response from the relevant payment channel.
