ACCESS CREDENTIALS
Step One: Create Login Credentials
Open the SQVPN account panel’s creation page, enter a username you plan to use long term, and set a unique password that you do not reuse elsewhere. SQVPN does not require an email address. Your username and password are the main credentials for entering the panel, checking plan status, and retrieving your subscription. Before submitting, check the username spelling again, paying close attention to similar characters so you can distinguish a password error from a mistyped username at your next login.
After creation, the page will open the account panel or prompt you to sign in with the credentials you just set. Once inside, first confirm that the account overview opens normally. There is no need to look for client routes at this stage; before a plan is selected, the subscription section may not show any available content. Once the panel is accessible, continue to plan selection.
PLAN AND CHECKOUT
Step Two: Choose a Plan and Place Your Order
In the plans section of the account panel, first decide whether you need ongoing monthly use or a data package that remains available until its allowance is used. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Do not compare total data alone—consider your usage frequency and whether you want a new allowance each month.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. After payment, return to the account panel and do not submit the same order again. Once the service status updates, the account overview will show the current plan and subscription entry. If the status has not changed, refresh the panel and check the order history. All plans support unlimited devices, but subscription content should still be managed only by the account holder.
If you are unsure how much data you need, read the plan details and comparison first. The plans page explains monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrade price differences, and refund coverage; this guide focuses only on the core steps needed for your first order.
SUBSCRIPTION SOURCE
Step Three: Retrieve Your Subscription from the Account Panel
Once the plan is active, open the account overview in the panel and find the subscription details section. Use the available option to copy the subscription or open the client import entry. Copy the complete content, not just the visible portion, and do not remove question marks, equals signs, or any other characters. The subscription lets the client obtain currently available routes; missing characters can cause a format error or update failure.
The address below is shown only to illustrate the appearance of a subscription URL. It is not part of SQVPN and cannot establish a connection. For actual use, copy the content generated for your account by the account panel:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Subscription URLs are handled differently from ordinary web links: paste them into the client’s subscription management entry rather than opening them in a browser and copying lines manually. After copying, proceed directly to the next import step to prevent another action from overwriting the clipboard. If a subscription has been shared publicly, review the relevant management options in the account panel and follow the Help Center instructions.
When you need to use the service on another device, sign in to the same account panel and retrieve the subscription again. SQVPN supports unlimited devices, so you do not need to create a separate account for each one. Each device’s client must still complete its own import and update. If the panel does not show a subscription entry, check the plan status first, then visit the Help Center and browse the account and subscription categories.
CLIENT IMPORT
Step Four: Import the Subscription on Each Platform
First, download the SQVPN client for your platform from the account panel’s download area. If you already use a compatible client with subscription import support, you can use its subscription management feature instead. Do not look for a static installer on this page; client delivery and subscription access are managed through the account panel. After installation, keep the subscription content in the panel ready to copy, then follow the section for your device.
Windows
In the Windows client, open subscription or configuration management and choose an entry such as “Import from URL.” Paste the complete subscription copied from the account panel into the input field. Confirm it, then run a subscription update and wait for the route list to appear. If the client asks you to name the subscription, use any ordinary name that helps you identify it. The name is displayed only on this device and does not change your account or plan.
Once the routes appear, do not enable multiple network tools at the same time. Return to the client’s main window, choose an exit route from the list, and then enable the system proxy or connection switch. If Windows displays a security confirmation, check the application name and continue according to the system prompt.
macOS
In the macOS client, open subscription management, add a remote subscription, and paste the content from the panel. Then select Update. When establishing the first connection, macOS may ask to allow a network configuration to be added; follow the system prompts to authorize it. Handle authorization only in System Settings, and never enter your device password in a webpage or subscription field.
After the update completes, choose a route from the menu bar or the client’s main window and connect. If the client icon is already visible in the menu bar but the web exit information has not changed, return to the main window and check the connection switch and current route instead of adding the same subscription repeatedly.
Android
Open the Android client and, in the configuration, subscription, or remote configuration section, choose Add via URL. Paste the complete subscription content and save it. Then run an update manually and confirm that the route list appears. During the first connection, the system will display an authorization prompt to establish a network connection. Confirm that the request comes from the client you just opened, then continue.
Some Android systems restrict apps that run in the background for extended periods. If the connection is interrupted after the screen locks, visit the Help Center for guidance on background activity and battery-saving settings. This page does not cover menu differences across device manufacturers, so the first-connection workflow stays focused.
iOS
Find the iOS client entry in the account panel’s download area. After installation, open the client’s subscription or configuration page, choose Add via URL, paste the subscription, and run an update. During the first connection, iOS will request permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it in the system interface, then return to the client. A successful subscription update is indicated by a route list displaying normally—not by whether the subscription URL opens in a browser.
If you copy the subscription to iOS from another device, check that no spaces or line breaks were added at either end of the link. Save it, run an update, then choose an exit region from the client list and enable the connection. Do not add several identical subscriptions in succession, or the route list may contain duplicates and become harder to troubleshoot.
Beyond Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, Linux users can also find a compatible entry in the account panel’s download area. Protocol differences, connection methods, mobile resource usage, and route topology are advanced topics. Read the Protocol and Route Technical Reference if needed; first-time users do not need to master these details.
CONNECT AND VERIFY
Step Five: Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
After the subscription update completes, choose an exit region from the client’s route list that matches your destination. For general browsing, start with a geographically nearby route. When a service requires a specific region, choose the corresponding one. Click Connect and wait for the client status to show Connected before opening the destination website. Do not switch routes repeatedly while the connection is being established, or it will be difficult to tell whether a failure came from the current route or the previous connection still being active.
When the status shows Connected, open the network check page on this site and see whether the current exit information matches the selected region. For a useful comparison, note the result before connecting and reload the page afterward. If the exit information has changed, the client connection and system network routing are working. You can then test the websites or apps you actually need.
If the client shows Connected but the check result is unchanged, first confirm that the system proxy or global connection mode is enabled. Then fully close and reopen the browser used for testing. An old browser page may retain the pre-connection result, so reload the check page. After verification, there is no need to change routes frequently; keeping a stable route usually makes the actual experience easier to assess than switching continuously.
